For this test is used EpocCam Pro on an iPhone 8 Plus connected by USB to a 2015 MacBook Pro running OBS 27 (720p, 800 kbps). I used the T-Mobile 5G service again, but at a different location from the Bird Feeder live streams. This time the T-Mobile 5G device lost its connection to the Internet after about 6 hours, 11 minutes … I could not reestablish an Internet connection until I rebooted the device.

The background music was just something I downloaded from the Youtube Audio Library:
